Lau Family Lineage

Jee Sin Sim See () taught Hung Hei-Goon () and Luk Ah-Choi () in Fukien Siu Lam Temple . Luk Ah-Choi also learned from his sihing Hung Hei Goon. However, it was Luk Ah-Choi who taught Won Taai () and his son Wong Kei Ying (). This is not clear as there are no written records. Others say that Luk Ah Choi also taught Wong Fei Hung ().

Lam Sai Wing () was the most famous student of Wong Fei Hung and he taught Lau Jaam.

Lau Jaam had two sons - Lau Kar Leung and Lau Kar Wing, and a daughter - Lau Siu. Lau Siu had a son who first learned kung fu from her and later from his uncle Lau Kar Leung.

Lau Kar Fei was adopted into the Lau Family. He learned from Lau Jaam and Lau Kar Leung.

Mark Houghton became a student of Lau Kar Leung.

Three of Mark Houghton's students teach. They are Ken Li in China, Wayne Husband in England and Frank Bolte in the Philippines.
